SUMMER NINES

Summer Nines Round 3 teams are in! There has been a tiny bit of shaking given Orange’s first two losses. There has also been some changes within White which will be interesting.

White are off to Mudgeeraba this week coming off a win and would love to keep the momentum going.

Mudgee lost in the first round against Beenleigh in Beenleigh, and then had a loss at home against Beaudesert, but only a few shots. Mudgeeraba will be setting the terms if White doesn’t get match fit before the weekend, especially playing on one of the best greens around the GC. They have the team to do it, but they will need to be in perfect mode for it to favour their campaign.

Orange is pretty much in the same boat, taking on Musgrave Hill at home, Musgrave have succumbed to the two power houses within their division. Some minor changes to the teams but there are still some of the staple characters away. This week will hopefully be a positive wake up for Orange – either way.

Overall there has been some changes that are going to define these two teams this week. This third round will establish the top & bottom ranks moving into the second and third trimester of Summer Nines, and some action will need to be taken regardless of Round 3 performance if our White & Orange want to impregnate the S9 Finals.

CLUB FEEDBACK

It seems fitting that our State Election is less than just a week away!

We don’t often get a chance to express what we need, nor what we want, within the boundaries of confidentiality.

Everyone can get caught up doing what they are doing, but never slow down to smell the roses. The ability to give suggestive, honest, personal feedback has been overshadowed by Google Reviews, Facebook Likes and sitting in a room putting your hand up to vote whether to keep your acquaintance as a part of your establishment.

So here is your chance to give your honest feedback to our Club;
