Some fantastic games were played yesterday! Lots of new faces put their hands up for their first competition. The wind was categorized as a level 5 cyclone (maybe), yet all our players have it their all at home, as well as Robina & Paradise Point.
Unfortunately most of our teams went down – in some cases by just a few points. However, our standout of the day was PURPLE1 who gained a great lead against Robina and held on to win 2 rinks and draw the third, with a total margin of plus 21.
Next week will prove to be interesting as our teams face off against some of the big guns.
