Competition Time!

For those that haven’t been aware of what’s going on, that’s because we have been working tirelessly in the background trying to organise sponsorship for the next 12 months. It has been rather fruitful and there has been a lot of work that has gone into it.

Although we have retained multiple sponsors, from minor to major and from individual sponsorship to entire club sponsorship, there are two sponsors in particular who have helped get our competitions underway.

First is Taylor Bowls who have generously offered to supply us with a brand new set of Taylor Bowls. It is up to you to decide all the details though! You get to pick the size, the type, the colour, the grip and the logo! You create your very own set! Take a look at

It really is simple, just fill out the form and tell us why you want a brand new set of Taylor Bowls!

Our second sponsor for our competition, is no other than Paul Henricks from Bowlers Paradise in Mooloolaba. Although based on the Sunshine Coast, Paul is constantly on the Gold Coast setting up shops at all the most prestigious events. He has absolutely everything you need for lawn bowls and if he doesn’t have it (such as the bowls I personally wanted), it took him 2 days to get them for me. He has helped multiple people out from McKenzie Park by purchasing their old set of bowls and equipping them with new/used ones!

A big thank you to Paul, who has given us a $150 voucher for our competition!

Check out Pauls online shop at:

He won’t be beaten on price!

So to enter, all you need to do is review any or even all of the bowls we have setup in the “Competitions” section of the website.
