The Nerang Community Bowls Club & McKenzie Park Highlanders Chicken & Prawn Day is just a few days away! Commencing on Saturday the 30th of September, we have two full greens with a heap of guests to try and get through the chicken & prawns provided.
Although the fun is to be had on the green and being a glutton during the end of day luncheon, there is still more in store!
From 8:30am till the very last ticket is sold, there is a monster raffle! (drawn around about 1:30pm -2:00pm)
Due to it being the AFL Grand Final day, hence the timed games instead of ends. We will be selling off tickets throughout the day, and to make sure we are done and dusted before the first bounce of the AFL, our raffles will be drawn straight after that very last ticket is purchased.
This means that your number will be called out and recorded, and we will move straight onto the next number so that we can be as speedy as possible to make sure everyone can grab a seat in front of the massive three screens inside the club to watch Brisbane triumph of the Pies. (no bias)
