Happy Fathers Day!
Happy Father’s Day to all the Dads! We were slightly overzealous at the start of the week. It was looking to be a great weekend for Lawn Bowls… As usual, the men forgot our own special day falls today for Father’s Day.

PENNANT PENNANT FINALS Pennant 2024 is down to the Final Four in each division. The Semi Finals kick off tomorrow at 8:45am with our Div 5 and Div 6 teams travelling to Tweed Heads and our Div 7 at Musgrave Hill.

PENNANT PENNANT FINALS All three Open Pennant teams came home strong in the end. Saving the best for last, all teams returned home with a win – an all important one at that. Especially Division 6 GOLD who looked a little sluggish mid season but like an Olympic long distance runner, saved the best until last and came home sprinting.

AGM ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING The McKenzie Park Men’s Bowls Club Annual General Meeting is just over 24 hours away! Tomorrow at 9:30AM (Get there at 9:00AM!) we will convene to elect our new Committee for the 2024-2025 year. Some members will stay and there will be new ones coming in to form a fresh Committee.
